Terms of Service

The service

FYNL Sweep filters public construction-permit information and emails selected opportunities to subscribers. Reports may contain errors, omissions, changed project details, or opportunities already known to others. You are responsible for verifying information and complying with applicable outreach, licensing, bidding, and privacy rules.

Subscriptions

The founding plan is $49 per month unless a different price is displayed at checkout. The founding rate remains in effect while that subscription stays active; a canceled customer who later returns receives the then-current price. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your secure billing-management link; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may use reports for your own company’s business development. You may not resell, republish, scrape, or systematically redistribute the reports or use the service unlawfully. Casual internal forwarding within your company is permitted.

Availability

We depend on third-party public data and infrastructure. If source information is stale or fails quality checks, a report may be delayed. We may modify filters, report frequency, or features to improve the service, and may suspend abusive or fraudulent accounts.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, FYNL Sweep disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. FYNL Sweep’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
